Availability and Orders

All orders are subject to availability. Orders are only accepted once payment has been made in full.


Sales Tax

You are expected to comply with your country’s current laws regarding internet purchases.


Payment

Payment on our website can currently be made using Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account for this.
You can also pay offline via bank transfer or arrange to pay via cheque or bank draft. Please contact us at info@nurtureandbliss.com or on +353 (0)85 2180484 to avail of any of these options or if you have any other questions regarding payment.


Delivery Terms

We aim to always deliver within a maximum of 14 working days. We use tracked and ‘signed for’ shipping and aim to ship all in stock items within 1 working day of receipt of order and payment. Delivery times listed are not a contract and should not be treated as such although we always endeavour to ship within these times.
We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. If you are in need of an urgent or express delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order at info@nurtureandbliss.com


Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with any items you have purchased from Nurture & Bliss, you can return it at any time within 14 working days of delivery to obtain a replacement, exchange it for online store credit or a full refund (minus original shipping costs). You are responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned in perfect condition, with all original packaging (and tags where appropriate) intact. Please email us at info@nurtureandbliss.com for return address information. All returns must include your name, address, the order number and the reason for the return. Nurture & Bliss is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

If your carrier or other item/s purchased is faulty you can return it for a full refund including shipping costs provided it is returned within 3 days of delivery. Please keep all damaged packaging materials including the box which the shipment arrived in along with all inside contents. Please understand that packaging materials must be kept in the event that an item is damaged. If packaging materials are not kept, Nurture & Bliss cannot process a damage claim.
Custom orders or pre-orders are not normally eligible for return unless faulty.

Please be careful to provide accurate and reliable contact and/or shipping information when placing your order. Any charges or losses incurred as a result of our inability to reach you, or inaccurate information are the sole responsibility of the customer.

At Nurture & Bliss we are committed to promoting fair and ethical trade. To this end, we endeavour to only purchase products from the person/people making them at their established fair price and we then sell them directly to you. We will make every effort to avoid purchasing products that are heavily commercialised and/or subject to extensive supply chains and promise to do our best to support home-based industry. This supports ethical and fair trade practise and helps us to keep our costs low too!


Safety First

Always stay aware while babywearing. It is your responsibility to keep your baby safe. Check your carrier often, always follow the manufacturer usage instructions and always check to be sure that your baby is placed correctly in the carrier while you wear him/her. Our full buckle carriers have under-gone rigorous testing and are very secure, but always be ready to secure your child with your arms if necessary. Inspect all seams before putting your baby into the carrier, and DO NOT USE if there is any question about its safety.

Website images and colours may appear differently on different monitors. While every effort is made to reproduce the colour on screen as closely as possible to the actual product, we cannot guarantee an exact match nor accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.


Statutory Rights

Your statutory customer rights are not affected by anything in these terms and conditions.
By placing an order with Nurture & Bliss you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and accepted our terms and conditions. If you do not wish to accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this website. This site is operated and owned by Nurture & Bliss.
