If dispatch of your order is unavoidably delayed for any reason we will contact you via email or phone (to the email address you provided us with in your personal details) with an estimated delivery date.


Signing for Orders (Ireland only)

All orders must be signed for by the recipient.  In the event that you are not present to accept delivery an attempted delivery docket will be left (please check through any junk mail you may receive). Often the courier/postman will attempt a next day delivery but otherwise your order will be brought to your local sorting office or depot and held for collection – please check the delivery docket for the number of days held.  If it is not collected within this time period it will be returned to us (please note that this can take a number of weeks to come back) and you will be notified by email.  Please note you will be liable for return shipping costs where we have to resend or redirect a parcel to you.


Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with any items you have purchased from Nurture & Bliss, you can return it at any time within 14 working days of delivery to obtain a replacement, exchange it for online store credit or a full refund (minus original shipping costs). You are responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned in perfect condition, with all original packaging (and tags where appropriate) intact. Please email us at info@nurtureandbliss.com for return address information. All returns must include your name, address, the order number and the reason for the return. Nurture & Bliss is not responsible for returned items lost in transit and we recommend you obtain a free Proof of Posting certificate or return the item via Recorded Delivery. Custom orders or pre-orders are not normally eligible for return unless faulty.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your carrier or other item/s purchased is faulty you can return it for a full refund including shipping costs, provided it is returned within 3 days of delivery. Please keep all damaged packaging materials including the box which the shipment arrived in along with all inside contents. Please understand that packaging materials must be kept in the event that an item is damaged. If packaging materials are not kept, Nurture & Bliss cannot process a damage claim. *

Please allow 28 days for damage claims to be processed.
